CANVAS APP APPROVAL BUTTON AND APPROVAL IN TEAMS

Hi,

 

Is it feasible to have an approval button inside canvas app and at the same time sent in MS Teams and Outlook, but when the approver approves inside canvass app, the approval sent in MS teams and outlook will also be recorded as approved automatically?
