Any thoughts on this one:

I am building a crewing system for employee’s jobs and at the moment I have a START DATE and a END DATE column which then via some logic, fills in all the days in the range. As only start and end dates are available in the SP list, how might I go about a situation where say a date in the middle is removed but I want the dates either side to remain?
