Hi,
I am using the html to convert to pdf option in flow to create a pdf file.
But sometimes the page break is not nicely done in the pdf:
Any way to get the page breaks in between the lines?

Assuming your are using the Onedrive for Business connector, the answer is: only with a workaround: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YkSNg7B_rps
That's for getting a page break in between. I have a text there that spans multiple page or I have a table that spans more than one page, the question is how to get that break properly rather than printing part of the letters on one page and the bottom half on the next page.

The restrictions remain the same: page breaks are not working. You'll have to figure out what fits on a page and then then populate the div with that content.
