PA service times out with "NoListenerConnected", however PAD completes its process

Hello,

To start: this all worked fine in January...

I'm running a flow that triggers when a SP file is created, it reads invoice data, and then passes that to PAD to enter into an web app that my company created for receiving invoices. This has been done manually for ever and I'm this '' close to automating it.

However:

I'm getting the generic "The endpoint was not found. There are no listeners connected for the endpoint. Check that your machine is online." error message from Power Automate service. Which I've had my IT security department involved with chasing down but we've hit a dead end.

The thing is, the PAD process is completing. I can see the data is successfully entered and in the test database, and I take a screenshot at the very end and can see it processed as expected.

BUT.... PAD is not communicating with PA service that it completed it's task.

I've also created a simple flow that when I get an email with PADTest-Searchterm,

It will use a PAD flow to open google and enter 'Searchterm' and take a screenshot.

Then close the browser.

I can see the screenshots saved, but again PA service times out, not getting a response.

Any clues on where to look next?

It doesn't appear that any traffic is being blocked in or out.

Anything specific to look into with the machine runtime troubleshooter?

I don't have admin access so I have to be with an IT person to use it and it's a hassle.

So I want to have an idea going in.

Maybe you can check that is there any Firewall / Antivirus is blocking?

    Thanks,

So here's what I learned if it can help anyone else in the future. After talking to a MS rep, they led me to make sure I was using the correct environment in PAD Machine Runtime. That's the only time they've seen this issue is when PAS and PAD are in different environments.

    I was...

However, not willing to let it go and this being my only lead.
I switched to another environment in PAD machine runtime, and then back to the correct one.

    Magically, that resolved my issue.

I'm guessing that somewhere along the way, the ID for my environment changed, or something got mixed up when upgrading to the latest PAD / MR versions.
