How to publish a adaptavtive card with a specific user?

I want to publish a adaptative card with the user that publish a new entry in a sharepoint list. I get the user created but I don't know how to indicate that it should be published with that user and in the specific channel to which it belongs.

Im new in that, any help? thx

Hi @Anonymous,

You could post it as the Flow bot in a chat with the flow bot. In the recipient field you should be able to use the created by email field.

This works if I want to send the card to the user who created the item. I want to make the user who publishes the card to be the user who activated the flow, and to publish it in a specific channel.

I need this, because the flow is executed with my 365 user to the channels etc.. But if tomorrow if my user is removed it will not work correctly or so I think. I would like that the procedure does not depend on my user.

Hi @Anonymous,

As a workaround you could use a service account for the connection of the Post an adaptive card in a chat or channel action. This way it is not dependent on your own personal account.
