I'm evaluating options to help us design several different approval functions for different departments on SharePoint. Initially this includes purchase requisition, IT service application, leave request, and maybe some HR related forms.
In the past we have used InfoPath for customized form and it worked great, however, we've now upgraded our on-prem SharePoint to 2016 and it seems PowerApps + Flow may be what Microsoft replaced for InfoPath. There seems to have some limitation like no attachment or multi-line text. For our purpose, has anyone used these product combination to design these functions?
I'm particularly curious about how license will work if we were to deploy (or share?) the forms for other employees to use. Will we need license for all those users, or only for the developers? Also one odd requirement we have is to have hand writing signature attached to the forms. Does PowerApps support AJAX integration?
On the other hand, if this product are still too young, what solution would you guys use to tackle this request?
