Are Connection References working in GCC?

I have created a new solution and added connection references in the solution, but when I create a new flow in the solution I can only see regular connections associated with the user account. Not sure if it is relevant but the status of the connection reference in the solution view is set to off and I cannot change it. Does anyone know if connection references are working in GCC?

Hello

Currently connection reference not available in GCC its should be available in the next quarter

What is GCC , if it is govt cloud then my env is not GCC but still I am facing the same issue and dont know how to resolve it.
I have a connection reference created by other flow in the same solution and want to use the same reference in a new flow but not able to select that connection reference for the Data verse connector.
I also dont think I have more than 16 flows using this reference
