Good Afternoon all.

We have the following error in our solution today - Following a 'On-Prem gateway' refresh as well the error persists :

The specified record was not found. Server Response: [sqltablenameremoved] failed: The gateway is either offline or could not be reached. inner exception: Gateway on endpoint 'sb://wabi-uk-south-relay21.servicebus.windows.net/e5177322-3d9a-40f3-b260-7d56ec65e849/' is unreachable. inner exception: The communication object, Microsoft.ServiceBus.Channels.ClientFramingDuplexSessionChannel, cannot be used for communication because it is in the Faulted state. clientRequestId: 97a728c9-c949-4960-a75b-3b0218839ba0

I notice that the version for our gateway in May 2022, im sure that is likley to need upgrading but unsure of the impact or even if thats the issue? Also we have checked the Ports and firewalls and they are all ok.

Some data is passing back to SQL via the gateway but the error appears each time we try and the apps are not completing in the way they should.
