91Hello,
I have a sharepoint list that captures a workplace inspection details, 1 column has question with a drop down list of Satisfactory, Action required and N/A, if the action required is clicked then comments are required in another column called Action 1, this continues for 25 questions.
I have another list that contains all the actions from the above site inspection.
I am trying to create a new row for every action but i need to have only the data that has the action column filled out not the ones that are blank.
i get separate rows for all actions wether there is data or not

can someone please tell me what i need to do to get only the action items that are filled out.
also i am very new to flows and was also wondering if i have to do 25 create items or is there a way that i can do this in one create item/
