Office365Useres Photo License

Hey guys

 

I'm doin' some tests with my app, this one has a section where it shows the user photo, on my personal account I can see my photo but with another account I can't see any user photo, my personal Office365 license is E3 and the other account has F1 license, does this have something to do with this ?
