Hi
I am working with a team who have a specific requirement to reject all individual power BI requests that are generated (they handle access via groups in a different manner. It's currently someone's job to reply to each mail that comes in with a template email. I'm looking to see if automate can streamline this work however I'm hitting a road block.
When the email is received an email address of the user is shown within brackets after the name.
However when I process this through power automate and extract the body of the mail, the email address is not visible!
The same happens when the mail is forwarded, the text is replaced with a different string.
The only thing I can think of is that the original email is rendering a card, from what I can see called power-bi-artifact-access-request-card of which I can see the specific ID, but I'm at a loss of how to use this to get the email address of the user.
Any suggestions?
