Hi,
anyone who can help me with my problem:

I´m having a problem with an automatic flow and conditions so the flow must check in the sharepoint list for the specific element whether the condition is fulfilled or not. The column in the sharepoint list is a boolean column.
My problem is that the flow skips the action that should occur if true and the result of the condition is false as you can see in the screenshot.

Can anyone here help me?

    Hi @Nived_Nambiar
the flow in general is a sequential approval workflow.
So before starting the flow, the user must specify in the sharepoint list whether the approval of a specific person is necessary or not.
What you see is the query (condition 4) whether approval by this person is necessary.
If the approval is necessary (approval equals yes) (as shown in condition 4) then a new approval workflow should be started, if not, the workflow simply shall copy the item to another list.

Also: the result after trying it with an item that has to be approved by this person (so condition 4 should be true) is false

    Hope this explanation helps 🙂

    Lisa
