Error message in PowerApps app on iPad

Hi All,

I am facing with a quiet strange issue on iPad using PowerApps.

When I sign-in to the PowerApps application I should see my previously openes apps and the ones that are shared with me, but I see nothing. (See the image attached)

If I use the web surface, I see my apps correctly.

When I am trying to open one of my apps via link, the following error message is popping up: This app will not be opened correctly. App didn't install correctly. Please try again.

I have already tried uninstall-install the app, restart the iPad. I also intalled the latest iOS. I also cleared cache.

I am facing this issue only since the last week. It worked well previously.

This is happening only in your ipad or in others too?

I saw some similar issues when you try to have multiple account in power apps, did you have?

Happens only on iPad.

After signing in on Windows, I see all my apps.

Yes, I had one more account registered.

But now I deleted it from the authenticator. App reinstalled, the issue still exists.

I would recommend to open a ticket with the support to check that case.
