Hi,

Currently working on improving process. At the moment we get people to fill out an excel template which then saves in a designated area.

I have created an MS Form and When the form is complete, i want to be able to fill out the designated excel template and then save within the requested location. I tried to use the copy file function, however that didnt work.

I have attempted to do this using flow however has no luck so far.

Can anyone help?

Thanks for that. That's created the file using the same file which is a great start and also create the file with one of the names.

However I now need to fill the file with the content data. As the file was just blank without the prefilled data which was created by the form. Due to the way the file has been created, There are multiple tables within this.

    Hi @AndrewK93 ,

    Please refer to below thread:

Solved: MS Flow to copy Excel Workbook with MS Form field ... - Power Platform Community (microsoft.com)

Since Excel template file(.xltx) is not available for Update a row action, you could use a normal worksheet instead, which includes the template table. Then create a file with template table content in the requested location and update this file with responses.

    Hope this helps.
