Hello!
My company provides me Microsoft 365 E5 plan.
But it is unclear, are premium connectors in "Power Apps" available to me?
If not, what are the possible solutions? What plan is needed to have these connectors available? And where can I find the prices of these plans? Particularly I mean PostgreSQL connector.
In case of using this app by several users, do they all need access to premium connectors?

Premium connectors are not part of any of the Office 365 (Microsoft 365) "seeded" licenses. To use a premium connector you need either a per apps or per user plan. All the users of the app will need a per app or per user plan if the app uses a premium connector. The retail pricing for the plans is here:

But you may be able to get a discounted price where your company purchases its MS licenses.
