How to use the Label from a dataverse table choice field rather than the Value?

Hi again...

I have two scenarios:

1. Sending a message where the choice field is in the message or,

2. Using Power BI to visualise a dataverse table for a dashboard

The problem I'm having is that choice fields are giving me the Value ID rather than the Label ID. E.g. the message says 'blah blah blah 100000002'.

I can't find anyway of changing this.

What should I be doing?
