I need the assistance for I have a SharePoint list (vehicle logbook), So I need your help for if the driver choose the vehicle number from the column list in the PowerApps that last KM of the vehicle input automatically in the starting KM.

Replace the below with the name of your drop-down and the field name (xxxx) displayed in it.
LookUp( 'Gaza Vehicle Logbook', 'Vehicle number' = YourDDName.Selected.xxxx ).'Ending Km'

That is not a field name - you simply need the name of the field - what is the Items of the Combo Box
