Trigger not working with incoming messages from Group.

Hi,

I am using the Outlook trigger "when a new message arrives".

Instead of using my own email address in the "To Or Cc" condition, I am using a group's email address (somegroup@contoso.com). I am a member of the group, and subscribed to receive the group messages in my inbox.

But the trigger fails to fire 100% of the time.

Can someone share an example on how to make it work?

Thanks

    Hi @TiagoFreire,

Are you the owner of the Group email address?

Have you take a try to leave the "To Or Cc" field,"To" field and "Cc" field blank to see the trigger would works when a new email is sent to the Group email address?

    Best regards,

    Alice

I know this is an old thread but I figured I would share in case anyone else faces this problem like I did. You have to use the trigger specific to a shared mailbox for it to work. Screenshot below with the trigger "When a new email arrives in a shared mailbox (V2)" and first action to "Get email (V2)" so that you can use the content for further actions.

    Hi @VeronicaDeSalvo,

please try to avoid to give unrelated suggestions. The topic starter did not say anything about a shared mailbox.
