Dear fellow power automate members!
First post here! I would like to seek humble help on this....
I have a requirement to go to SAP Quality Management (T code: QM03) to display Quality notification then i would follow the following steps (See attached screenshot) to get an attachment file (Excel file) and then finally copy and paste certain cells from the excel file into another excel report.
The following steps that i would do are: (refer to screenshot attached)
1. I will have a "Notification Number" for a quality complain.
2. After entering the notification number, i have a whole list of details (which i black-out due to privacy issue). on the right side you will see the "Show Attachments" I click on that. After clicking, it will always reflect the first attachment with a clip logo. I click on that
3: Next, the single row of file will appear and i double click it. It becomes a download which goes to my microsoft edge and it is downloaded as excel file.
The final step would be to copy certain cells in the excel file to another excel file. (E.g. B4, B5, B6 from the downloaded excel file, into Sheet XXX, Cell H3,H4,H5 of another excel file) This would be done for each month for monthly reports.
Would there be a automated flow or desktop flow(doesn't necessarily need to be scheduled) for step 1 - 4 + the final step of copying certain cell and pasting?
