Can't seem to get all the data to show up based on calendar times

Hello, so I have this 1 week calendar with nested galleries, but all the events do not show am I am wondering if I am filtering incorrectly.

Here is the calendar, you can only see the 2 events :

Here is my data source. Notice the 2 events showing are the 2 where the Start/End are both midnight, the other events do not show.

My filter is set up as follows, "FakeDate" is the date you see at the bottom of the calendar which will be invisible later :

Filter('Saginaw', 'Start Time' <= DateValue(FakeDate.Text) And 'End Time' >= DateValue(FakeDate.Text))

And in case something is wrong with it, here is the code for the FakeDate label :

Text((DateAdd(varWeek, ThisItem.Value,TimeUnit.Days)),DateTimeFormat.ShortDateTime)

Any thoughts are appreciated!
