I have build a flow that has  couple switch conditions - so that depending on what the user select on the form it goes to a specific tab on excel sheet- this work fine, i am now looking to see if it it possible  for when the user is filling in the form, can i add a section that asks them to supply  managers email address and when submitted the details are emailed out to them aswell as the data going to the excel sheet?

    Hi @Dougers1 ,

Do you mean that send an email with manger email address in response as a recipient? Of course, you just need to add the action of sending the email to the flow and put the dynamic content of the get response details containing the email address to the recipient of the email, and if you want the manager to see the data put in the table (I assume the data inserted in the table comes from the user's reply), you can put the data in the body of the email.

    Hi @Dougers1 ,

You must guarantee that the email address is valid before sending the email. Errors can be different, and as far as I know, there's no way to use a flow to automatically identify an email if it's wrong and modify it, unless the error is always in the same format, then we can use an expression to replace the error in the email address.

If mu previous answer helps you solve the problem, I hope you can accept it as a solution.

    Best regards,

    Rimmon
