Item Link is not displaying in Approval form via email

Hi there,

 

I have a 2 layer of approval. It's weird why the two approval forms are different??

 

1st Approval for 1st level approval: 

 

It displays the LINK (ITEM LINK)

while for the 2nd level approval, the format of approval form is different.

This is how i setup my approval in power automate for 2nd level approval..

Please help what could be the reason why Item Link is not displaying???

    Can you add the link in the in the "Item link" section and try -
