Multiple items from a Microsoft List into a PDF File

Hi All

I have a Flow that i have made that allows me to create a PDF from a Microsoft list:

JEVANSAP_0-1670595732576.png

I have paralell branches as i have 2 lists.

List 1- I only need to capture 1 item from the list.

List 2 - I need to capture all of the items that has the same ID as from list 1 (1 to many relationship)

This flow works to the point where list 1 creates a PDF and list 2 also creates a PDF but only displays 1 item when there are multiple Items.

I have used the Apply to each function to get all items ready.

I believe the issue is within my Compose function, as i have composed and used dynamic formula to create the PDF. how to i get this to repeat for all of the items within the list rather than having multiple of the same formula? (i hope this makes sense) i will put my HTML formula below for you to see.

<title> Policy Procedure</title>
<p>
Ref No.: @{items('Apply_to_each_2')?['Deployments_x002f_Comments_x002f']}
<p>
Event:,@{items('Apply_to_each_2')?['DecisionNo_x002e_']}
<p>
Date Commenced@{items('Apply_to_each_2')?['User']}
<p>
Comander:@{items('Apply_to_each_2')?['Title']}
<p>
Logist Name:
<p>
Date Completed:
<p>

I need the data to concatenate, and continue adding until there is not more data to add.

Kind Reagrds

    I think I know what you want to do, but I am not positive. To do what you want, in your Apply to each action, you will need to use a Select action, followed by a Create HTML table action with the output from the Select. You can then insert the HTML table into your PDF or e-mail or whatever you are inserting it into.

    Hi @JEVANSAP ,

    @David_MA has provided a correct direction, I just made a test for your reference.

    If what you want is a custom HTML page, you can initialize a string, and then use apply to each action to continuously add new data to it.

    Thank you, I have put this in and i can get it to create the PDF so that works, i am just going to have to play around with it, as i have to have a condition in it as i need it to bring over specific items, as i am using the 1 to many relation. so i just need to find out where to put that condition so it brings everything over. as where i have it now it is bringing over the same item multiple times.
