As per my understanding, you are trying to run PAD process in background so that it won't interfere with your work.
For this there are 2 options:
1. Use Power automate process (unattended) license and use a dedicated machine.
2. If you want to use Power automate premium (attended) license, use PIP mode where still it runs in foreground but in a separate window where you can keep doing your work.
