Hello expert ,

 

I created a mapping  link between entitlement and contact (1==>N) .

 

I already created the entitlement and the contacts

 

I  open a on the case incident and I want to display only  the contacts associate to entitlement  selected.

 

Do you have any suggestion?

    Do you mean filter the contact list based on the entitlement you selected on the form?
