Filtering a Gallery of Employees by Job Title

I am creating an org chart in Power Apps, however our organization has a number of user accounts that are used for maintenance/backup purposes and aren't real people. These accounts typically do not have a Job Title assigned to them.

Is there a way of creating a filter within a gallery to only show employees whose job title isn't blank or null? I am using the Office365Users.DirectReportsV2 Connector for reference, with the design loosely based off of this YouTube video.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Try the code like the gallery item property
Filter(YourEmployeeGalleryDataSource, !IsBlank(JobTitleColumn) && JobTitleColumn <> "")
