Connectivity issue from power apps to MYSQL

I am unable to connect from powerapps to MySQL Database. I am getting below errors.

we weren't able to add this connection.please try again

1.Failed to find or load the registered .Net Framework Data Provider.. This is a configuration issue with the file 'C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v4.0.30319\Config\machine.config'.

The error message states that the gateway is offline or could not be reached, therefore that's the first thing that I'd investigate.

On the machine where you've installed the on-prem gateway, is the service running? Is this machine online and able to reach the Internet? If not, I'd check the Windows Event log to see if there's anything there that suggests what's wrong.

@rajavarapu - I suspect this error comes from the gateway. I'd check the Windows Event viewer there for any other errors that may help. Have you ever been able to connect to the mySQL from Power Apps? If so, has anything changed on the gateway machine?
