Hi there, I have been spending hours upon hours trying to figure out this flow and I am at the end of my tether! If anyone could help, I would be extremely grateful!
Summary: a respondent fills out a microsoft form, where there is a drop down menu (numbers 1-50) where they can choose up to four Box ID numbers (literally listed as 1, 2, 3, etc all the way to 50). The flow is triggered when someone submits their request. I have a sharepoint list with the columns, Name, Email, Date Requested, Box ID, Status (which has Available or Booked in it as a choice).
I want the flow to check the sharepoint list to see if each box is available, then email the teacher to state that the box has been booked and to inform them of any boxes that are not available.
I am currently stuck on the condition, initially I was stuck on converting my requested boxes (in the form) into an array, but I think I have worked it out (although not 100% sure!) but now it won't filter my boxes to whether they are available or not, it keeps failing or telling me it is false, or that it can't compare strings it has to be an array. I am stumped! I have tried everything to fix it, but hope someone here may be able to help.
I have switched to the old designer for ease to put in screen shots - I have added in the expressions so you can see what I am putting in and if any of my expressions are incorrect. I apologise for the number of compose boxes!
If anyone is able to help, I would be truly grateful as this is currently consuming all my time as I am determined to make it work (I don't like giving in!!). Thanks in advance :)
