Automating Teams Management: Item not Found

I'm developing an Automate flow that will Add/remove a user from a Microsoft Team and Group when a SharePoint list is modified.  I've been able to get my Add user flow to work, but I'm having issues with the Remove user flow.  I'd like to combine these, if possible, but for now I have two separate flows.

hi @Mario69  in get item the ID needs to be the same as the ID from sharepoint List. An ID from sharepoint list is an autoincremental column so if you try to find a user and you just have an email you can use get items and filter the response to get the ID of the record and then you can use get item

@ChristianAbata I've tried your suggestions, but I'm erroring out at the Get Items connector,  "The query is not valid".  Does my connector look to be formatted correctly?

so maeby what is happening is that the ID in your second flow does not exist in ths list because you have to delete the record to run the second flow.

If I'm only running one flow at a time, the two flows shouldn't interact, no?   To test, I'm manually adding a record to the SharePoint, and then running my delete flow.  I only have one dynamic content result with the ID record.
