"PickTime" is a text column. Thats why I put TimeValue. But the code is returning an error.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

SortByColumns(
Filter(
'SharePoint List Name',
(DateValue(Created) = Today() || DateValue(Created) = DateAdd(Today(), -1)) && Not(IsBlank(Scheduler))
),
"Date_x0020__x0026__x0020_Time_x0", SortOrder.Descending,
TimeValue("PickTime"), SortOrder.Descending
)

    Hi @frwewrfwef

    What format is the "PickTime"? If it's Time or Date time format, it's not possible to populate the values into PowerApps. Please use Text columns instead. When using Text function, it's just convert the format of values that have retrieved from the data source.

    SortByColumns(
     Filter(
     'SharePoint List Name',
     (DateValue(Created) = Today() || DateValue(Created) = DateAdd(Today(), -1)) &&
     Not(IsBlank(Scheduler))
     ),
     "Date_x0020__x0026__x0020_Time_x0", SortOrder.Descending,
     , Text("PickTime", "hh:mm AM/PM"), SortOrder.Descending
    )
