Audio file not playing- Autostart

Why doesn't the music file play after turning on the Screen? I have Autostart - true. - It play only If I press the play button.

 

The music plays alsa only in the preview of the project/screen, but if I start it separately (like APP), it doesn't play anymore.

    Close and reopen the application and readd the Audio file. This shall definitely work.
