We have a standard portal with basic sales functionality. Historically, we've been able to qualify and update leads directly from the portal without issues. However, we are currently encountering an internal server error while trying to qualify a lead.
When I click the qualify button, I receive the error below:
I have enabled the Plugin error to see if any plugin errors, and we have also enabled custom errors from the advanced site settings. Unfortunately, these changes only provide an "Internal Server Error," so both have been disabled.
After disabling these, I'm still encountering the following error when qualifying a lead:
