Hello,
I periodically get a mail containing a button. when I press the button, it automatically starts a download (CSV File).
I would like to use a Power Automate to when I receive that mail, there is automatically pressed the button and thus the download started,.
I don't know where to start in terms of function and triggers. How can I do this? Thanks in advance!
@Jimmy1234 i havent done this scenario before but you can try creating flow as follows, also do you want to download the file to your PC or want to store it in Onedrive/SharePoint.
1. Create flow when new email arrives trigger and add export email action to get email contents
2. Parse the email contents to find the button link (I believe button is a link)
3. Send HTTP Request to that link using HTTP action (note HTTP action is a premium connector)
4. Get file content from HTTP response and use that to create file in SharePoint or Onedrive
OR you can see if Power Automate Desktop flow can download your file to the PC from the email.
