Send Email through Outlook: Help with email account name

Hi there,

On my main laptop, I am using the Send email message through Outlook action and it is working well with Account field just being my email address

However, I would like to set it up on a separate laptop which is also using my email address. I noticed that the Account Information on the Outlook in this separate laptop is no longer my email address and instead is this:

What do I indicate in the Account field?

I have tried 'Microsoft Exchange' and also my email address in the Account field but I keep getting Error: Failed to find Outlook account

What do i indicate in the Account field? 🙏

It actually expects that you provide the Outlook Data File name. In most cases it is the same as your email address. But in some, I guess, it can be different.

I checked the Data File Name and it is just 'Microsoft Exchange' though which I have already tried

Right click the account/mailbox you want to retrieve emails from > Data file properties

Then copy this name and use that as the name for your action.
