I have really strange issue with my custom form built in PowerApps. I've identified, that if item ID is greater than 578 - "getting your data" issue appears. But older items works perfectly as well as creating new item by using form (see attachments)... This happened itself - nothing has been changed in the app or sharepoint list recently. Any ideas? What I can do to fix this?

Could you please share more details about your scenario? What's the Item property of the Form? I'm quite curious and have never seen a form with "Getting your data" message for some records but not others. In short, when seeing this message, it always indicates that the form has not linked to any record of the Data source.
