Hello Microsoft, Hello World,

Is this a bug or a feature? In my opinion is a bug because we obtain different results doing the same thing. And the result depends on a non-obvious third factor that should not be involved on it.

Here's the catch. Steps to reproduce:

1. Create an excel file with a table, and a datetime value on row 2. Something like "02/02/2024 15:18:40" should do.

2. In the main screen of power automate, click on the gear icon > View all Power Automate Settings > Change your locale to English Australia.

3. Create a flow with manual trigger and a single action with these parameters:

4. Test it. You should have this output, which is the one expected.

Now the bug:

5. Change your power automate locale to France-France

6. Test your flow again. This time the result is different, and it's wrong :

IN MY HONEST OPINION, the outcome of a power automate action SHOULD NOT depend on the "language that the creator of a flow is using on the web interface of PA". The action should always give the same result.

Hope this will help people. And I hope MS will correct it, isn't it Mr Torrance?
