How to turn my time dropdowns from 24 hours to AM/PM format?

Hi all,

I have three dropdowns for my time inputs: one for hour, one for minutes, and one for AM/PM selection.

When I submit the form it records the time as AM even if PM was selected in the dropdown.

Does anyone know how I can have these three dropdowns connected? I'd like to later use this data in a Power Automate flow.

In the Update property of the form card, you can add a simple If() statement to add 12 hours to the hour value:
DateValue1.SelectedDate + Time( Value(HourValue1.Selected.Value) + If( AMPMValue.Selected.Value = "PM", 12 ), Value(MinuteValue1.Selected.Value), 0 )
