I have a table A on dataverse with a lookup column based on another table B.
I need to recreate thoses tables (table A.bis and B.bis), i fill the B.bis table with the same datas as B, but i wanna know how to match the lookup column, the GUID in B table is not the same than the GUID in B.bis.
Can i do it with dataflow ? or another way please ?

You can easily retrieve those data using Advance Find.
1. Navigate to https://make.powerapps.com
2. Open Model Driven App --> else Click gear icon at the top --> then select Advance Settings
3. Click On FILTER SYMBOL at the TOP Right in Banner
4. Once Loaded Select LOOK FOR as TABLE 1
5. Then in select (Select the TABLE 2 Associated Entity)
