Send email action through Gmail SMTP

Hi,

 

I think I set the action up correctly, it only fails because Gmail would require a 2FA for the first-time use.

 

When I run the Workflow, it only throws an error and does not prompt me to pass the authentication.

 

Is there a way to set this up?

    Please try:

     

    1\Turn on IMAP

    2\Turn on 2-Step Verification and create your app password

    1. Open your Google Account.
    2. In the navigation panel, select Security.
    3. Under “Signing in to Google,” select 2-Step Verification 
    4. Create your own app password

     

    3\Create a new SMTP connection

    • SMTP Server Address :   smtp.gmail.com
    • User Name:                     XXXX@gmail.com
    • Password:                       Your APP Password
    • SMTP Server Port:           587
    • Enable SSL:                      Yes

    Small correction,

    1. Open your Google Account.

    4. Create your own app password
