How to Automate Association of BUG Work Items to Feature Parents in Azure DevOps

I have a question. How can I create a flow in DevOps that is capable of:

Triggering when a work item of type BUG is associated with a related PBI (Product Backlog Item). The desired action should be:
If the PBI associated with the BUG has a parent of type Feature in a related association, then associate the BUG with that Feature in a related association.
