update table data into CRM

Hi,

 

I am trying to update a CRM entity with a list of record from a collection in powerapps.

 

I created a collection in powerapps and with a click of a button, I created a flow to create new record in a CRM entity. The problem is, only one record is created but I need the list of items in the collection as a new record in CRM.

 

Is there a way to do this? Please help.

    Yes, use the ForAll function.

    Hi @Kvarsha,

     

    Yes, the forall function should meet the requirements here.

    For the flow, first PowerApps Trigger, then add the CRM create Item action, choose the proper value with Ask in PowerApps;

    Then under PowerApps, after generating the Collection, add another button and change the formula of the Onselect property with the line below:

    ForAll(YourCollection,'YourFlow'.Run(Title,Text))
