I have a modern combobox with items preloaded from a list in SP, just want to let user add new items that are not available in the list.
Can I have some help, please?

According to your description, whether your Combo box is connected to your SharePoint List or not. When you add data in SharePoint List, but it's not updated here in Power Apps, right?
If this , you can try to refresh the data source in your Power Apps side.
Or you can use the Refresh() function to refresh your data source in your Power Apps and then check if the new data has added into your combo box.
