I have a form with the following fields. As shown, user enters a Contingency % (which is divided by 100 and multiplied by the Subtotal Labor & Materials field). When entering information, the process works and displays the correct values. However, when I submit/save the record, the values default back to "0" in the % and calculated fields. The correct data is saved to the SP list; however, the form display is incorrect. How do I resolve this issue?
Set the OnSuccess of your form to a variable then use that variable for your Form Item, eg

If you need the form in the New state at any point, make sure you clear the variable at an appropriate reference point, eg
Set( vLastSubmit, Blank())
