Hello , I am new to this community , Here I would like to create a flow for production deployment flow where management can view the status of the production deployment stage.
Step 1) Developer Created a Request for Prod deployment( Lets say am using MS Planner to create a task )
Step 2 ) Create a Change Request (service now )
Step 3) Get test case document ( send it for manager approvals )
Step 4) If Test case document is not yet ready before deployment implementation date send an remainder email notification to manager and team members
Step 5 ) start deployment
I would like this kind of flow automatically by using Flow.
Any idea ?
