Trying to csan a barcode and have it store the data in an excel sheet on one drive. I need help please... I get an error

my code: Patch(Scans, {Title: BarcodeScanner3.Value, Who: User().FullName, When: Now()}) where scans in the name of excel sheet, but it gives me an error (name isn't valid, the identifier isn't reconized

Patch( Scans, Defaults(Scans), { Title: BarcodeScanner3.Value, Who: User().FullName, When: Now() } )
