If or Switch Statement on a ComboBox Dropdown (Field B) Conditional on what is chosen from Field A (another dropdown)

I have Field A (DataCardValue147) with two drop down options (Cost Reimbursable Invoice and Amount Based Invoice).

Field B (DataCardValue35) is also a drop down with 3 options (G&R CRH, G&R ABH, G&R ABS).

I'm trying to get Field B to show select values based on what is chosen from Field A.  A simple IF statement doesn't work for me.

If Field A=Cost Reimbursable Invoice, Field B=G&R CRH.

This part is what perplexes me... If Field A=Amount Based Invoice, I want Field B to only show the two following options: G&R ABH and G&R ABS).

I tried this but it doesn't work:

If(DataCardValue147.Selected.Value="Cost Reimbursable Invoice","G&R CRH","G&R ABH"||"G&R ABS")

Not sure if a IF statement or Switch statement is adequate for my needs, and not sure how to write out the formula.  Please help.

    For a learning experience, what do the brackets mean or do for the formula?
