Hi,
I need to save with Patch, attachments included in a ViewForm. The form is for view data and change a State, but need to add Images that Shows -> "the problem is fixed".
This is my ViewScreen:
In My submit button , i need to save aditional attachments (having errors with this)

A better approach is using Edit Form but only set DisplayMode of the status and Attachments Data Cards be Edit, others set to View.
Your formula need a little modification:
OnSelect of the submit button:
