Changing Icon Size without Changing Icon Background size

Hi There, 

 

I was wondering if its possible to change the size of an icon without changing the height/width of the background. I wish for it to take up the space of the container via parent.width and height, but would like the size of the icon to be smaller relative to that. All Help would be appreciated.

    Change the Top, Bottom, Left and Right Padding.  That will reduce the icon size (seen) while maintaining the overall icon size (background).
