Create Contact in Outlook from VCF file in OneDrive

Using Microsoft Lens I can scan a business card and upload to my OneDrive folder in a .VCF format. How can I create a flow to get the info from that VCF file and create a contact in my Outlook?

We use the Outlook app which only has one way contact sync from Exchange to the mobile device otherwise it would be really easy to just create a device contact from the VCF file and sync that to my Outlook account.

Not sure if Computer vision API action can be used in your scenario.
