Unable to identify the selector in desktop application

Hello All,

I have been facing a few issues in one of my projects where the bot is not able to identify the selector of the input field on the screen.
The bot is failing to identify the same selector after populating a couple of records from Excel. When I tried to validate the selector on the same failed screen, surprisingly the selector was working fine.

Please help me with the fix if anyone has it, your help is much appreciated.

Please increase timeout duration or use delay in between two action to check the results

I tried putting some delay in between the two actions. However no luck, it is still failing.

Have you implemented timeout of UI element action as well?

If possible, Could you please share some screenshot?

The issue is happening in desktop application and not in web application. Most of the Ui automation actions don't have a timeout option.

In your situation, could you please attempt the "wait for window content" action?
It will confirm whether your UI element is present in the window or not, allowing you to proceed accordingly with your flow.
